We are hiring….

We are looking for two all round superstars to join our team.

One role will have a “front of office” focus, being the first point of contact for our clients at reception and on the phone.

The second role will support our Māori business clients including maintaining and managing share registers (a knowledge of the Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993 would be helpful).

Both roles will involve administration and bookkeeping.

Successful applicants need to know how to operate in a professional office.  Specific attributes we are looking for include:

  • communicating well – both speaking and in writing.  Good grammar is essential!
  • operating Microsoft products well (outlook, word and excel)
  • being able to learn new things quickly – including software
  • book-keeping experience (even better if you know how to use Xero).
  • able and willing to provide a high level of service to our clients.

There is the option for part-time work for the right candidate.
