Our questionnaires for 2025 are now available. These should be filled in as follows:
- Business – for all non-farming sole traders, partnerships and companies
- Farmer – for all farming entities (including Trusts)
- Trust – for Trusts. Where have also filled in a farming ones just complete any details not covered in the farming one. Only one needs signing.
- Rental – a supplementary questionnaire to be completed where residential rentals are held
- Individual – for everyone EXCEPT sole traders.
If you have any questions completing or accessing these please let us know. They are fillable PDF forms so you can do on your screen but are not able to be digitally signed.
