Payroll Changes 1 April 2026

Our questionnaires for 2026 are now available. These should be filled in as follows:
Business – for all non-farming sole traders, partnerships and companies
Farmer – for all farming entities (including Trusts)
Trust – for Trusts. Where have also filled in a farming ones just complete any details not covered in the farming one. Only one needs signing.
Rental – a supplementary questionnaire to be completed where residential rentals are held
Individual – for everyone EXCEPT sole traders.
They are fillable PDF forms that will open in a new tab. These are not able to be digitally signed. If sending to us after completing on-screen please save for your records and email to us without signing (unless you have software that enables you to do so. The provision of the information by email will be treated as approval to commence and that terms of engagement have been accepted.
