Updated Terms of Engagement – 2026

Due to changes to our professional body rules and regulations / legislation we have updated the terms and conditions that apply to our engagement agreements.  While there are some parts of the agreement that are specific to your engagement that are covered separately there are some general terms and conditions – 1 and 2 will apply to all clients, 3 and 4 will be relevant depending on the services provided.

Your continuing engagement with us will be taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions.   There may be some clients who do we an updated engagement agreement with – particularly where the nature of the engagement has evolved from our original engagement.  If you have any questions please contact us.
